Order Minimums
Opening Order Minimum: $150
Reorder Minimum: $100
Payment
We accept credit card and PayPal payments via Shopify. All website payments are processed at the time of purchase.
If you would like payment to be processed at the time of shipment please submit your order via email to wholesale@starfangledpress.com or phone at 828-484-1284.
All items must be pre-paid in full before your order will ship. Net30 only available through FAIRE.

Shipping
Shipping charges will be added to the invoice.
Domestic orders ship via USPS or UPS ground. International orders are shipped via USPS unless an account is provided. All duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Orders ship from our studio in Brevard, NC.
Turnaround Time
Orders typically ship in 3-10 business days, but turnaround time may vary.
Backorders
You will be notified of any backordered items at the time of order or shipment.
All backordered items will ship free of charge as soon as they are available, unless otherwise specified.
Returns + Exchanges
All sales are final and products may not be returned unless damaged or defective.
We accept exchanges for damaged or defective products. Any claims must be made via email within 5 business days of receipt of shipment. Please email us at wholesale@starfangledpress.com
Damages incurred during shipment are the responsibility of the carrier. Please retain all shipping materials, products, documents, and photographs of the damage for the claim.
Packaging + Distribution
All of our products must be sold in their original packaging.
Products may not be repackaged or rebranded. Products may not be sold on any third-party websites such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.
